Merchant Users may cancel their registration at any time by notifying KARA Irish. KARA Irish may cancel a Merchant User's registration if KARA Irish reasonably believes that a Merchant User has violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms and Conditions, or violated KARA Irish’s rights or those of another party. Without limiting any other remedies, KARA Irish may suspend or terminate your membership at any time at KARA Irish’s discretion, with or without reason. Memberships will be terminated for fraudulent activity of any kind or for noncompliance with the Terms and Conditions.
If any part of the Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable part shall be given effect to the greatest extent possible, and the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
